Secret to stay young

I just found it out from 2 person who I really close to.

One of them is my mother and here are some of her stories...

Almost 20 years ago, my mom went to my school trying to see the teacher for my report card...

my school teacher: Hi miss, we only allow mother or father to come and collect their children's report card. Sister is strictly not allowed!

Then 15 years ago, I still remember there was this uncle (who was my dad's friend) said that to him: Hey Mr. Lee, so nice of you brought your 3 daughters out and where is your wife???
*For your information, I have only one younger sister.

And now, we are still like sister / sometimes even like friend. People thought we are friends when we go shopping and dining together.

Another person who I think she is fantastic... My dearest shopping buddy after my mom. I don’t really know her actual age but I'm very sure that she look much younger than her real age. She is energetic from physically and mentally. Sometimes when we go shopping she even walk faster than me.


So, what is the secret between 2 of them????
Is it because they born to look younger???

I kept wondering and I found both of them always being curious to everything new in their life. They are willing to accept new stuff unlike some people would say: is ok I know that / I been there done that. They would just exited about it.

Also, most importantly, they dress to kill every single day… The SEXY MAMA!

In short, being CURIOUS and DRESS UP to stay young forever.
