A War with my Acne

I have been crying over again and again because of my acne skin for the past few months, because it is so embarrassing until all my friends asking "Hey Lynn, What happen to you? Are you alright or too much of stress? I didn’t know it was because of my stress or anything else. It is obvious that I have no idea what can I do to stop it growing on my face.

I wouldn't say I spent a thousand ringgit on skincare product that sucks but it wasn't good enough to stop my acne expanding from a small spot to a huge red island on my face. Eventually, it has become a world map.

Hence, I always need to wear a mask to meet people. It’s either my make-up or my black-thick funky frame.

"I rather die and not to live with such ugly face", that's what I told my friend and of course I was kidding and wanted to hear something good about myself such as... "Lynn, you are pretty. / I think you are sexy with acne and so on...

Well, the world has not come to an end. 2 weeks ago, I was told to try on a product and its sounds weird and impossible. It is to wash my face with Head & Shoulder anti dandruff shampoo. I am not kidding. It simply works. My acne was under control.

Most importantly, I was asked to start a healthy diet plan which I decided to stop all fried food, spicy belacan and oily food. I’m a sucker for chillies, fried all sort of food. How can I stop eating that? I know I have to get some determination. No way! I want my beautiful skin. I started it and I immediately see the result within 2 days. It is amazing!

In the first day, I had whole meal bread + tuna for breakfast. Pan Mee for lunch (without chiliesL). Dinner was better with steam chicken and veges.

The next day, I bought chicken sandwich ham + bread for breakfast. Then I went clear noodle soup for my lunch and a Japanese sushi for dinner.

My conclusion is healthy diet = beauty skin.
