What I mean is put yourself in a bad / sad situation. Keeping your mind depress. Eventually, you will eat less. What ever you consumed, will just get burn fast.


But how to get stress???


1. work under pressure / crazy deadline


2. quarrel with mom / bf / gf


3. think of how your ex hurt you


4. listen to sad song
