Weekly Slimming Idea 1



























I read this from newspaper entertainment section few months ago : It was about a famous Korean actress used honey to lost some weight.

Then I decided to try and it simply works.

One of the reason I really like this idea is because honey taste so good and it is healthy at the same time.

My Recommendations to prepare the yummy slimming drinks:


• Warm Honey
• Honey Lemon
• Jasmine Green Tea + Honey (or any tea that you prefer)
• Honey Milk (low fat milk)
• Soya Milk Honey
• Apple Juice Honey
(please do not prepare honey drinks with hot water)






















Last but not least, please do not eat this… with honey. It will gain even more weight.
